Research
Our team conducted extensive research on the vegan wine industry, including analyzing the websites and mobile apps of competitors. We then evaluated the user experience of the Sip & Share Wines website through usability testing. To gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences and pain points, we also conducted surveys and user interviews. This information helped us identify key factors that influence decision-making when booking events.

Our research revealed that users prefer to book events and subscriptions directly with the business, rather than through third-party platforms.
Users expressed frustration with a need for more communication, notifications, and reminders when booking events.
Users also preferred online booking platforms that are easy to use and provide clear and direct information about their reservations.
The majority of users emphasized the value of a rewards program to encourage repeat purchases.

Ideation
Based on the findings from our research, we developed a design strategy that prioritized user-friendliness and visual appeal for easy navigation. The design included a seamless booking process directly on the website for customers to easily book events and subscriptions.
We utilized agile methodologies throughout the design process, incorporating testing and quality assurance. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive onboarding and engagement strategy to promote user adoption and usage.
The end result was a seamless and engaging experience for customers, providing them with a convenient and transparent way to book events and access high-quality, vegan wines.
